Richard specialises in Valuations for Leasehold Extensions, Collective Enfranchisement and Compulsory Purchase.

He regularly appears before the First-tier Tribunal and has also appeared before the County Court and Upper Tribunal.

 

Richard prides himself on his vast experience, and he’s always aspiring to getting a fair deal for all of his clients.

ANDY GIBSON
Sales Director and Client Liaison

Andy is very much a “people person” and enjoys explaining the process of residential Leasehold Extension and Collective Enfranchisement to members of the public.

 

Andy looks after clients from the beginning of the process to the end.

 

He will deal with any questions that arise and always ensures that clients are kept informed.

CONNOR WEBB
BSc Surveyor

Studied at Nottingham Trent University

Connor joined Richard John Clarke in August 2017.

 

He specialises in providing valuations for Leasehold Extensions and Collective Enfranchisements. He regularly carries out valuations of residential property for a variety of purposes including Inheritance Tax and ATED (Annual Tax on Enveloped Dwellings).

 

Connor also provides Shared Ownership Valuations for Staircasing purposes and Compulsory Purchase Valuation for Local Authorities, Housing Associations and their tenants.

 

He is the co-author of the RJC Leasehold Auction Almanac.

ANGELA COMMONS
Client Liaison / Office Manager

Angela has been working alongside Richard since 2003 and is therefore very experienced in dealing with all aspects of the business particularly Lease Extension and Collective Enfranchisement.
