Post Office, Wood Street

Many local businesses were affected by the decision to regenerate of the Marlowe Road Estate.

Perhaps the largest of these was the local Post Office.
RJC Leasehold represented the business owners in the long and complex negotiations for this, due for the most part as a result of the need for high security by Post Office Counters Ltd during the relocation.

These negotiations were successfully completed and the Post Office moved into it’s new home in 2021, with the business owners very happy with the compensation and representation that they had received from our team.
